Vera, Luc and Hunter Menard. VLH is a family-run business. Vera's   passion for horses has been life-long (she's owned horses since the age of five). She is the instructor/trainer (Vera has been giving lessons and training horses since 2000); currently with   Canadian Equine Federation   Western   Instructor accreditation, and Basic First Aid. Luc manages the sale of bagged horse-quality woodshavings.   Hunter is a student at Char-Lan High School.

At VLH, we believe that horses should be enjoyed. We have access to many trails, and trailriding is one of our most enjoyed activities. Although we enjoy showing, and do some throughout the summer, it is not our main focus. We like to   be able to ride into town to enjoy an ice cream, go swimming with the horses, or pull a tobboggan through the snow. We also believe that the horses we enjoy so much should be well cared for, with regular farrier, vet services and top quality feed.
